Guest Management

As part of Crafting Community, a design exhibition curated by Anna Carnick for Berlin Art Week, BOCCI was presented within a broader dialogue on contemporary craft and collectable design.

Guest management covered press, collectors, designers, and cultural stakeholders, with a strong focus on curated invitations, personal hosting, and on-site coordination. In addition, a private dinner was organised for selected VIPs from the international design and cultural industry, creating an intimate setting for deeper exchange.

Scope: Guest list curation, invitations & RSVP management, VIP hosting, private industry dinner coordination, on-site guest management.
